Discussed Outreaches:

Alex noted that NARHAMS has been receiving plenty of emails lately, with folks asking about some pretty basic questions. Reminder to be stewards of the club and answer questions or offer information.

Rocket Run- Ole Ed recapped the rocket run. We had about 15-20 kids participate. Three families came from PA. A representative of the Frederick News Post attended, took pictures, and wrote a nice article. 11 of the 12 rockets were found intact, with the 12th having a separation event, so only the nose cone was found. Comments that for future events we’ll need to find a better way to track kids who find rockets to make sure that the correct kid is receiving the rocket and prize.

NARAM 62- Various members spoke about attending NARAM 62. A lot of events happening at the same time, such as FAI, NRC competition, Can-Am Cup (which incidentally had no Canadians due to closed borders). The FROG Award was given to Todd Schweim, and he was deeply touched.

Wallops- Alan Williams built a Little Joe model to give to the Wallops Island folks as a thank you for all they have done for the club and Alan.
