Meeting called to order 7:12 PM

Discussed Outreaches:

CAP Group-  Alex presented at Frederick Composite CAP group on 2/11/2020.

STEAM Day at Pax River Naval Air Museum-  Alex Mankevich, Alan Williams, and Sarah and Ed Jackson set up a static display of model rockets.

Swansfield Elementary School-  Alex Mankevich launched four  classrooms of 4th graders with Quest Starhawks.  Scotte Branch provided the A8-3 motors.

February meeting minutes read.  Alan Williams asked for an adjustment to the February meeting minutes to include the fact that Alex Mankevich received his FROG Award from the past.  MOTION to accept the minutes as read and adjustedby Ed  Jackson, Jim Baird; Motion passed, none opposed.  

Reviewed upcoming calendar.  


Old Business:

Contest Rules-  Rules Change proposals are online and can be commented on.  They require  a 51% vote to pass.

Krimgold Park launch schedule for March  28.  Alex to bring system #2, 1 away pad, and  the rail system.  Need noted for a 1/4 inch rod for the away pad.  Jim Miers tentatively agreed to bring his.  

NARHAMS business Cards-  Ed Jackson ordered 2000 new business cards, and has the template for future orders.

Caster wheels for Goddard launch system-  NARHAMS would like to upgrade the wheels of the cart used at the Goddard Visitor Center.  Discussion on who owns the cart and who should purchase the wheels.  Suggestion is to talk with DJ Emmanuel to either  get a new cart or get permission to modify the old cart.

Space Ship One Goddard flight-  We had a bad  flight of a Space Ship One model at Goddard.  Discussion of whether to ban the flying of future models.

Mosquito judging-  Ed Pearson judged the mosquitos for craftmanship.  Jim Miers achieved first place, with Jim Filler in second, and Ed Jackson in third.  Cash prizes were given.
