September meeting minutes read.  MOTION to accept the minutes as read by Alan Williams, Edward Jackson; Motion passed, none opposed.  

Reviewed upcoming calendar.  


Old Business:


Paypal-  Would need to charge $5.50 to cover service fees.  Ed Jackson to get a narhams.org email account to set up Paypal account.

Krimgold Park-  Date decided of November 9th.  Sarah to send in paperwork to Carroll County Parks.  Limit to E motors.

New Business:

November Planning meeting- Starts at 5 PM instead of 5:30 PM.

Skype/ Webex-  Ed Jackson suggested hosting a web meeting for remote members.  Free  software is limited to 45 minutes.  The pay version is unlimited, but costs $15 a month, which can be cancelled at any time.  Trial meeting to be set up for November planning meeting.
