SISTER Launch

Apollo Contest-  Contest article appeared in the Greenbelt News Review on July 25th

July meeting minutes read.  MOTION to accept the minutes as read by Edward Jackson, Jef Fineran; none opposed.  

Reviewed upcoming calendar.  


Old Business:

Feather Signs- About $250 each, still need to create a design for the signs.

Krimgold Park-  No update

Holiday party-  No update

MOTION by Sarah Jackson, Jim Baird, to accept treasurer's report.  None opposed, motion passed.


New Business:

Goddard battery not working- One of Goddard's batteries is not charging and we need a new battery.  MOTION, Alan Williams, Jim Miers, for club to buy a new battery and charger not to exceed $150.  

International Observe the Moon Night-  NARHAMS will be interested in attending if invited.

Cub Scout Pack 794 of Elkridge-  The cub scouts are having a launch the same day as the John McCoy Night Launch.

Donation of motors-  50 or so A8-3 motors donated to NARHAMS and are stored in the Goddard Visitor Center closet.
