Old Business

John McCoy has gotten pricing for section grant items: 2x 1010 rail, 2x 20mm rail, 2x PVC pipes 
and adapters for $152.17 + $30 shipping. Maria will advance John a check for $185, for John to
make the purchases. Jef Fineran will check on pricing for 2x 36" launch pads.

GLC has been cancelled, so additional people will likely be coming to ECRM. NAR Board has
approved use of non-certified motors for FAI practice flights.

Dave Fuller will post the final design for the 50th anniversary model soon, and come up with
a parts list. Tom Ha will contact Bill Saindon to see if he can be a source for parts.
John McCoy has various options for decals.

Next month is the holiday pot-luck picnic. Alec will provide the grill. Maria is gathering
the list of contributions from others. John will bring his MicroMaxx rack to do a demo launch.

In May, the club collected $290.07 and spent $17.25

New Business

Tom Ha showed off a demo copy of the new NAR flag that will be sold through NARTS for $65.

Goddard contest is next month. Jennifer has things under control. Some setup will be done
on Saturday. Helpers for Sunday are asked to show up at 11:30. Alex has done publicity
announcements on various area web sites.
