Nov 8 - Tom Bagg did a launch at West Town Elementary School for 88 kids 
Nov 22 - Alec and Jennifer did a building session and launch at Swansfield Elemetary School in Columbia
Dec 5 - Alex did a presentation for a 6th grade science class of 20 students at Friends Community School in College Park
Nov 8 - Dave did a launch at Ryan Elementary school in Waldorf. Followup article in Maryland Independent newspaper
Nov 3 - Jim and Kevin did a launch for 30 cub scouts at Arcadia Fire Dept

Alec reported that construction at College Park Airport has been postponed. Annex is still available as a 
meeting space until the building is demolished. 

John has completed upgrades and repairs on system 1. Motion to reimburse John $130.58 for the cost of 
materials (Mark Wise/Jim Baird) passed.


Treasurer's Report
In Nov and Dec, we collected $743 and spent $204.57
Income: $50 memberships, $30 ZOG-43, $391 party raffle, $250 safety grant, $22 October raffle
Expenses: $39.21 table for system 2, $165.36 zog printing, $150 holiday party reservation
Total treasury: $2423.99

New Business

At the February business meeting, we will hold a design competition for kits to celebrarte NARHAMS
50th anniversary. Electronic (OpenRocket or PowerPoint) or paper submissions will be acceptable, as
well as built models.

A rocketeer in Williamsburg is getting out of the hobby. He has 450 motors, which Tom Ha has purchased
for $300. Tom will set aside 100+ motors for the FlyIt/TakeIt program, with the remaining motors will
be offered at cost for other outreach activities. Anything left after that will be sold to club members.
