School group is coming to Goddard tomorrow, expecting about 25 students and parents.

Jennifer is still collecting materials for the ECRM-40 commemorative booklet.


Treasurer's Report
In May, the club brought in $97.18 and spent $515.54.
Income consisted of $35 in dues, $45 in ZOG-43 subscriptions, $17.06 refund to from advancement on
tent bag purchase, and $0.12 interest.
Expenses consisted of $115.54 ROMAC, and $300 for payment of 6 months of storage unit fees.
Cash: $138.61
Bank: $1438.36
Total: $1576.07

New Business

Motion to reimburse Chris Kidwell $37.50 for purchasing ribbons for ECRM (Jim Filler/Bradley Grant) passed.

Reminder that Sunday is cowboy hat theme day. Those not wearing a cowboy hat will receive a penalty
on sport scale flight score.

Goddard contest is coming up next month. Jennifer has flyers available, and is contacting Estes and Quest
for donations. Show up by 11 am to help with setup. Alex will be sending notice out to various newspapers,
radio, and scout groups.

Jennifer has come up with several new designs for membership cards.

Roger Allen suggested we setup a booth at the Maker Fair in Bethesda on Sep 29. He will investigate further.

Ed Pearson distributed various materials from his garage: FAI checkin supplies, tracking scopes, 
first flight certificates, rocket golf flyers.

John has provided a quote of $140 for speaker pole for systems 2 and 3. Motion to allocate $140 
(Maria Ha/Bradley Grant) passed.
