Old Business

Holiday party scheduled for December 6. Due to space constraints, we will be having it Greenbelt Community
Church. Motion to make donation of $143 (Roger Allen/John McCoy) passed.

Brad Grant reported on MARS-31. We had 18 competitors attending, with 163 flights over 2 days. New record 
set by Meatball Rocketry in B RG (R/C).

Jim Filler reported that NAR National Events will reimburse us for losses incurred by ORR, as well as the 
charge for the board room at the hotel.

Planning meeting was held today. Still in need of launch managers for Jul, Aug, Nov, Dec.

Treasurer's Report
In October, the club collected 85.13 and spent 96.35.
Income: 38 launch range donations, 20 dues, 16 raffle, 10 ZOG-43 subscription, 1.13 other donations.
Expenses: 43 storage facility, 28.35 ZOG-43, 25 junior NAR membership for Kurt Hazlyn (4-H Montgomery County 
sports rocketry winner)
Cash: 116.77
Bank: 2506.25
Total: 2623.02

New Business

Discussion about getting a new EZ-up. Getting logo printed on the fabric won't last long (cracks easily). 
John McCoy can get logo printed up to 54" diameter. No action taken.

There is currently no flier posted at Mt. Airy. Suggestion for Mark Wise to get one posted, and check into 
getting listed in Frederick County Parks newsletter.

Motion to purchase a service award for Jennifer Ash-Poole, cost not to exceed $70 (Kevin Johnson/Mark Wise) 
passed.
