Minutes from January meeting read. Motion to accept (Tom Ha/Roger Allen) passed.

Old Business

Chris reported on cadet program. Only have 3 kids registered. Built Astras and flew at Goddard.

Jim followed up on NOTAM procedures. Requests can be submitted via email, and were received 3 days later. 
Park approval wasn't received until Jan 24.


Treasurer's Report
In January, we collected 136.65 (40 dues, 85 ZOG, 11 raffle, .65 interest). There were no expenses.

New Business

February means time for FROG award nominations. Chris Kidwell nominated John Langford for his work on 
increasing the US presence in FAI spacemodeling. Jim Filler 2nd. Passed.

Jim - motion to present FROG award at the N50 banquet (Jim Filler/John McCoy) 2nd. Passed

Roy will be stepping down as ZOG-43 editor as of April. Thomas Henderson volunteers. Roger Allen has 
volunteered to act as assistant. 

March is NARHAMS 43rd anniversary. Jim Filler will get a cake, Jennifer will bring sodas.

Brad reported on January sport launch. Had several TARC teams practicing. 38 flights, 4 CATOs (3 E9-6, 1 E30) 
and one that "went weird". One rocket went unstable after cluster failure, landed in weeds, and started a 
small fire.

Motion to present a plaque, cost not to exceed $50, to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station to commemorate 
50th anniversay of Explorer 1 (Thomas Henderson/Brad Grant). Passed
