Old Business

Thomas - suggestion to amend restrictions on Mt Airy launches to allow small motor clusters (total 
impulse <= 2.5 N-s) when soccer games are in progress. Will allow several more launches to take place 
to see how existing rules are working.

Cadet program starting up again in Feb. Building session 10 am - noon at College Park Airport Museum, 
fly at Goddard 1:30 - 2:30.

Brad - will likely not have a NOTAM for January launch

Jim - FAA has reorganized regional centers, and Lockheed-Martin has taken over handling of NOTAMs and 
waivers. Web site still lists old address in Jamaica, NY
