Old Business
Planning meeting was today. Recap of calendar for 2008

Roy has setup a NARHAMS store on Cafe Press. Need a federal id# for reporting to IRS. Suggestion to contact Randy Boadway since they sold stuff from Cafe Press last year.

Chris reviewed Dec/Jan attendance in cases where we have opened meetings in Dec vs no meeting. For 2002-4, we failed to get a quorum in January due to Dec meeting attendance. New Business
Discussion about safety concerns at Mt. Airy launches. Weather was windy with soccer games going on most of the day. The first launch of the day was a lawn dart right in the middle of the soccer field. Suggestion that we need to have stricter rules on launches when soccer games are in progress. One thing we can do is move the racks farther away from the soccer fields. Motion to limit models to under 1 lb, D or lower impulse, single stage, single motor while soccer games are in progress in adjacent field (Thomas Henderson/Jim Miers). 8 for, 6 against. passes

John Stalnaker knows of a 42 acre site north of Frederick. Will follow up with Jim Filler.

Motion to adjourn (Thomas/John Stalnaker) passed. Meeting closed at 9:32 pm
