Old Business
Goddard contest is July 15. Demo launch on Tuesday and Thursday at visitor center, so rope will
already be set up. Additional setup will be done on July 14. Volunteers are asked to arrive at
noon on July 15.
Roy has started the work toward setting up Cafe Press. Motion to add profit margin to each item to round then add a dollar (eg, cost is 16.95, so charge 18) (Roger Allen/Brad Grant). 9 for, 3 against, passes
Regarding donations at Mt Airy launches, parks department says we cannot collect funds or sell merchandise within park property unless we file a form with them. Jim Filler has filled out the form and submitted it. John McCoy has already finished the donations box.
Treasurer's Report
In June, we collected $223.08 and spent $120.65
Income was from dues (15), ZOG-43 (95), donation from Cub Scout Pack 465 (100), other donations
(10.32) and interest (2.76).
Expenses were for storage rental fees (86) and copies of flyers (36.65).

PG County 4H Fair is September 8 at 11 am. Ed may be able to help with the launch.
RCP ballots are out and due to Jim by July 25
John is doing a bulk order of launch rods
Jim has 100 new patches, which will be given out to new members.
Roger suggested participating in a July 4 parade and combine it with building session or launch.
Roy has a preliminary list of OPOSSUM events: STD (50s), D BG, B PD, 1/4A FW (Nov 17)
